Northwind was founded with a purpose rooted in personal experience: too many investors, hardworking professionals, business owners, and families, were locked out of the private real estate opportunities that quietly build generational wealth for the few who knew where to look.

We set out to change that. Since 2021, Northwind has been acquiring, renovating, and operating multifamily properties in high-growth U.S. markets, with the same rigor, transparency, and alignment we've always believed investors deserve.

What started as a small circle of trusted investor partners has grown into a nationwide community of professionals building real wealth through disciplined, cash-flowing real estate.
